The course

The 115 km gravel course, a loop from Lion's Head through Cape Chin and Dyer's Bay, on the Bruce Peninsula.

The start is in Lion's Head, on the Bruce Peninsula, Ontario. The loop climbs inland early — the main climb, about 75 metres between km 9 and km 18, leads to the highest point of the course, at 264 metres — then follows Bruce Road 9 north. It returns on Isthmus Bay Road and Cape Chin North Road, runs out to Dyer's Bay on Georgian Bay, then comes back down Bartley Drive, East Road and 40 Hills Road to Lion's Head. This is the exact route plotted here — every turn at its precise intersection.

Why This Ride
