The course
The 123 km Esperto course of the 2026 Canadian Gravel Championships and Burnt Bridge Classic, a loop from Cowichan Camp near Duncan, on Vancouver Island.
The 2026 Canadian Gravel Championships and Burnt Bridge Classic were raced on Sunday, June 14, from Cowichan Camp on Riverbottom Road West near Duncan, British Columbia. The Esperto course, raced by the elites and masters A and B, heads out on Riverbottom Road West, then rides the big forest circuit of Skutz Falls Road, Wild Deer Main, Holt Main, Crescent Main and Stoltz Main twice, between the Cowichan Valley and the Shawnigan Lake area — the main climb, about 376 metres between km 75 and km 87; the highest point is at 618 metres. It then returns on Riverbottom Road West to Cowichan Camp. This is the exact route plotted here — every turn at its precise intersection.

Why This Ride
The Canadian Gravel Championships is the national title, decided on the forest roads of the Cowichan Valley. Here, it's the Esperto, the 123 km elite course. Your race, preserved in ink, one line at a time.
Make the Achievement Yours
Add a name, finish time or short dedication to turn the artwork into a personal record of the work behind the medal. Personalization is optional; leave the field blank for the original composition.
How It Is Made
The composition, hierarchy and final linework are directed by a person. A pen plotter then draws the artwork physically, line by line, with ink on paper. Small production variations can occur during physical plotting.
Plotted by a robot. Designed by a person.
