The course
The official 134 km Québec Mega Trail course: 6,000 m of climbing, from Baie-Saint-Paul along the St. Lawrence and the Sentier des Caps to Mont-Sainte-Anne.
The course starts in Baie-Saint-Paul and follows the St. Lawrence on the La Baie, Gabrielle-Roy and Louise-Gasnier trails to Mont à Liguori (Le Massif de Charlevoix). It then runs almost the whole Sentier des Caps de Charlevoix to Saint-Tite-des-Caps, crosses the Dalle Humide trail, the Sainte-Anne River canyon and the Mestachibo trail to the Jean-Larose falls, then climbs Mont-Sainte-Anne almost twice before the finish. 10 aid stations and a 37-hour cutoff.

Why this race
The 135 is the long one: the St. Lawrence at sunrise, the Sentier des Caps, the Mestachibo and Mont-Sainte-Anne climbed almost twice — 6,000 m of climbing. Your race and your time, preserved in ink.

How It Is Made
The composition, hierarchy and final linework are directed by a person. A pen plotter then draws the artwork physically, line by line, with ink on paper. Small production variations can occur during physical plotting.
