A technical plan of the Avro Canada CF-100 Canuck, drawn line by line in pen on 250gsm paper, at 11 x 17 in. A physical tip presses into the paper and lays down real ink. On the back, a serial number and date, plotted in UV ink in the same pass as the drawing.
The Canuck's silhouette exists in file form everywhere. What doesn't exist everywhere is a single copy you can point to and say who drew it, where, on what day, under what number.
The Avro Canada CF-100 Canuck was the only Canadian-designed fighter to enter mass production — an all-weather interceptor built to defend North American airspace through the Cold War. Nicknamed 'the Clunk' by the pilots who flew it, a Mk 4 prototype became the first straight-winged jet to reach supersonic speed in a controlled dive, in December 1952. This blueprint traces its twin-engine profile: the long fuselage built for two crew, the wingtip rocket pods, and the tail built to punch through the sound barrier.

Each piece is physically plotted by the studio's precision robot in Québec City, using Stabilo® Fineliners and Sakura® Gelly Roll inks on 250 gsm (120 lb) stock — stroke by stroke, never printed. A physical tip presses into the paper and lays down real ink. The result is a tactile, hand-plotted finish — never printed.
