A technical plan of the SANY SCC1800, plotted pen to paper, line by line, on 250 g/m² paper, 11 × 17 in. A physical tip presses into the paper and lays down real ink, one pass at a time. On the back, a serial number and date, plotted in UV ink in the same pass as the drawing.
The plan of the SCC1800 exists as a file, everywhere. What doesn't exist everywhere is a copy someone can point to and say who drew it, where, on what day, and under what serial number.
The SANY SCC1800 is a 180-metric-ton crawler crane built for heavy industrial and infrastructure lifts, moving on steel tracks instead of wheels so it can work on soft or uneven ground that would sink a wheeled crane. Its lattice boom extends up to 85 metres, controlled by SANY's own load-moment indicator system that tracks capacity in real time across 11 working configurations. A 242kW Cummins diesel engine drives the whole machine at a crawling top speed of 1.1 km/h — it isn't built to travel, it's built to hold still under enormous load. This blueprint captures the crane at full boom extension, the shape it takes mid-lift.

Each piece is physically plotted by the studio's precision robot in Québec City, using Stabilo® Fineliners and Sakura® Gelly Roll inks on 250 gsm (120 lb) stock — stroke by stroke, never printed. A physical tip presses into the paper and lays down real ink. The result is a tactile, hand-plotted finish — never printed.
